Chapter 11

I feel asleep quickly much to my surprise and when I awoke Tyler was curled beside me with his arms tightly wrapped around my waist.

I kissed his forehead and he smiled back at me.

“Morning hunny, how are you?”

“I am fine thanks gorgeous how are you? Are you still coming for a run with me?” I ask as I try to unsuccessfully pull away from his grip.

“Sure thing but I just want to hold you for a couple of minutes longer, I missed not having you in my arms last night.”

He tilts his head up slightly kissing me deeply on the lips, his tongue immediately requesting entry which I granted with pleasure. As our kisses become more passionate he rolls over so he is lying on top of me, his hands wondering up my top and massaging my sides.

I pull my leg up and he grabs a hold of it as his kisses move down my neck. I allow my hands to explore his perfectly toned body, my heart beating faster each moment and my breaths become short and anxious. I tilt my head back as he moves his hand across the bottom of my stomach sending shivers down my spine.

He eventually looks up at me and speaks softly.

“I know I have known you less than a week Gill so if you want me to stop I will. To me this feels so right, like we are meant to be together, you make me so happy.”

I lift my head up and kiss him passionately on the lips.

“I want this just as much as you do Tyler...”



I relaxed down on top of him feeling his breathing returning to normal after the most enjoyable morning excerise I have had in a long time.

“I am speechless Gill…”

We eventually got up and went for a shower. I went for a quick swim since we no longer had time to go for a run while Tyler made breakfast and then went for another quick shower and got ready for work.

Tyler and I agreed that I would go to his house after I had been out with the girls to see if he could get up any better seeing as it was game day again tomorrow.

I quickly packed a bag and asked TK to take it to his house with him, I gave him a quick kiss then left for work excited to hear what Mr Hammond had to say and over the moon about the morning I had with Tyler.

“Good morning Lorna, are you ready for our meeting?” I ask as I place a warm bagel from the local baker on every ones desk and continue to walk into my office.

I see her out of the corner of my eye quickly get up with her things and pick up the bagel. She comes into my office and closes the door behind her.

“Have you heard from Mr Hammond already, you look as high as a kite?” She asks as she bites into her breakfast.

“No, he will be here shortly. I am just happy.” I answer trying hard to stop smiling.

“I take it things are going well with TK?”

“Erm, yeah you could say that, he came back to mine when they got in from Tampa and I am staying at his tonight.”

“You did what I think you did – you sly dog!” She squeals almost as happy about it as I am.

“I sure did and it was amazing but I will be a lady and reveal no more!!”
